We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to serve as US and Canada Sales Director and General Manager for our North American operations.
This role combines driving sales in the heavy vehicle sector and managing the NA operations, ensuring customer satisfaction across the region.
You will play a key role in reaching out and identify new business opportunities, establishing and managing strategic partnerships, drive sales, and care for the region employees in the US.

Your D2D will include
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy for North America, setting and achieving ambitious revenue targets
  • Identify and target potential customers within the heavy vehicle industry
  • Develop and execute tactical plans to drive business growth and market penetration and build and maintain a robust sales pipeline
  • Stay up to date/conduct research on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, and Finance to align regional activities with global objectives
  • Manage budgets and forecasts for the North American region
  • Act as the primary leadership presence for US-based employees ensuring employee’s engagement and excellent customer service and product support
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, US labor laws, and best practice
  • Manage resources effectively, including budget allocation and cost control

A good fit would be:
  • 7 plus years of experience in sales, BD and account management in the commercial vehicle industry
  • 3 years of experience managing Sales and GTM teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Knowledge and experience within the US heavy vehicle market, including key contacts and industry trends
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the Heavy Vehicle North American market
  • Familiarity with AI technology and its applications in the automotive sector
  • Experience working in global companies and managing site operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Ability to effectively influence others in matrix environment
  • Experience working with blue-chip enterprises
  • Ability to travel about 40% of the time
