Questar, a leading provider of Advanced predictive vehicle health & Driver behavior solutions for the Automotive market, is seeking to bring on board Account Manager to join our Israel operation.
In this role you will be the main point of contact for customers and establish trusted relationships with them, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support through various channels, conducting customer training, identifying their needs for new features, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions and promote sales and up sales, extending our presence at the customer.

In this role you will be the main point of contact for customers and establish trusted relationships with them, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing support through various channels, conducting customer training, identifying their needs for new features, and ensuring timely delivery of solutions and promote sales and up sales, extending our presence at the customer.
Your D2D will include
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term trusted advisor relationships with customers
- Responsible for keeping customers satisfied and delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
- Customer training – Technical & on new features/changes
- Identify and diagnose customer needs for new features and functionalities , working closely with delivery & product teams and communicate progress to customers on timely manner
- Identify commercial opportunities and potential up sales based on deep understanding of the customer pain points and needs
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product, and push for better usage
- Close work with other interfaces in the company such as the product department, development, and vehicle engineering for the purpose of characterizing customer needs and monitoring progress.
- Support Sales efforts to onboard and integrate new customers and develop existing client relationships, supporting POC and other needs of the sales.
- Liaise between the customer and internal teams

A good fit would be:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- 3+ years as account/project manager
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions, based on customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
